How we work

1.      Pre-selection: Translation projects are received from our clients, translators and collaborating agencies at our headquarters. *** Using our database on translators, we select the translators who work with that particular language combination and specialize in that specific field.

2.      Preliminary quotations: The translators provide us with their preliminary closed quotations.

3.      Project assignment: We send  our best quotation to the client. If the client accepts the quotation, the translation process begins. Otherwise, the client makes a counter-offer.  If the client’s counter-offer is below the professional translation market price and not acceptable to any of our members, we inform the client that it is impossible to obtain a professional translation at that price.
